Wine and Health: can we mix these two words?
Many people are concerned that drinking wine might be dangerous for your health in the long run (especially if you drink too much…). Well that’s actually true but if you follow some simple rules it might not be that bad…
Here are a few arguments for that:
- wine provides different types of vitamins for your health.
- isn’t it good to enjoy some good wine with great food (think about a nice fish with some amazing French Wine from Bordeaux… As Georges Clooney would say, “What else?”). Be careful with wine pairings. You would have a bad experience if you mix the wrong wine with some great food and vice versa.
- Some of the oldest people of the world have been drinking Wine for years and years… They would probably drink one glass of Red Wine a day and they would feel happy and healthy about it!!! What’s wrong with that? If they like it and it’s good for their health, it might be a lesson for us…
- Addiction is a problem but there is a long way before you might become addicted… Again, wine can be a problem and bad for your health if you drink too much but if you have certain boundaries you should be fine…
